Soqatra (Socotra Island)

I've heard a lot about Soqatra, unforunately I haven't been... still getting over how lovely it is though just from the photos!

The dragon blood trees (Dracaena draco) are amazing, there are also many species of plants, insects, birds, mammals, and fish that are very rare on the island.

Well, after all these months I've decided to start blogging again, perhaps piecing together the memories. Now they may be in a slightly different style but I want to remember the good that was back there no matter what happened and what unfortunate circumstances forced me to leave.
